The 40s are one of the decades in life which most affect women. This is not only because of hormonal changes but also because we start experiencing physical changes. As well as some extra wrinkles, the skin begins to dry out more easily, the face looks less bright and flabbiness begins to take over the body.

Here we show you 10 tips to take care of your body:

1. Clean your face daily before going to bed.




2. Use exfoliation cream to remove dead skin cells. You can do this once or twice per week.

3. Apply anti-wrinkle cream and another specifically for the eye area.



4. Protect your body with sunscreen every day. Your skin will be healthier and you’ll prevent the appearance of marks.

5. Eat a balanced diet, rich in fruits, protein, and vegetables. Avoid sugar and fat at all costs.




6. Apply a firming cream to the neck.


7. Reduce your caloric intake and don’t be so sedentary.


8. Use serum every day, in the morning and at night.


9. Rest for at least 7 hours. Believe it or not, this is great for the skin.


10. Exercise. Walk for more or less half-an-hour, or if you prefer, go to the gym.
