Ingredients
*All purpose flour - 100 grams
*Sugar - 100 grams
* cocoa powder - 15 grams
*Baking soda - 1/2 Tsp
*Neutral Oil - 60 ml
*Boiling Water - 120 ml
*Vanilla - 1/2 Tsp
*White Vinegar - 1/2 tbsp
*Baking Tin (6 inch)
Preparation:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
2. Add oil, Vanilla, Boiling water and mix using a whisk
3. Once it is mixed well, add vinegar to it and mix well again
4. Pour the batter in prepared tin
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 160 degree Celsius or until a skewer comes out clean
6. Serve with ganache as topping
