Why Do We Light Incense Sticks When Praying



The incense sticks eliminates bad smell and keeps the environment pure and perfect to pray.

One will feel happy when they get into the temple/their home because of the smell of the Incense stick. Another reason is, to keep the mind under control and not to let it invade away while praying.

In short, one should sacrifice to help serve the society and spread the perfume of love and happiness to everyone.
