Believe it or not, questions like these are part of the array of tests big businesses give to applicants for new positions. Google, for example, has a very similar challenge, in which they try to measure not so much the morality of their future employees, but their ability to come up with original and effective solutions. Don’t overthink it, just make a decision.

You respect tradition, but that makes you not a very dynamic person, with a limited ability to adapt to challenges. Ask yourself why you chose this figure. What would you say to an HR manager if they were to ask you?

You’re a sensitive person with an irrational streak. Your decisions defy logic because you’re led by your heart. Unless you’re applying for a position which requires you to be excessively emotional, you’re in trouble.

You’re the life of the party. However, unless you have a very original answer up your sleeve, which is definitely your strength, you may be seen as a weak choice by the recruiter.

You’re the kind of employee which any company would love to have among their ranks. However, was your answer original enough? You played it safe, and that doesn’t always guarantee success. You should consider the possibility of taking bigger risks in the future.
