Those should be treated by doctors, but sometimes there is simply a bad odor due to the decay of food particles or wastes from bacteria in the mouth.



Here are a few ways to find out what your breath smells like, so that you can be confident about it.

The first way is to lick the inside of your wrist with the middle part of your tongue. Wait for about 15 seconds and smell it. If you do not like the smell, it is best to clean your teeth or use a mouthwash.



Another way is to run your finger across the middle part of your tongue. Wait for it to dry and smell it.

These methods are not effective if you apply them right after washing your mouth, but you can use them during the day. Do not forget to do it with clean hands.
