On 01.11.25, early morning around 1:30 AM Malaysia time,
a woman full of confidence, dedication, and involvement
forgot the late night and gently asked her mother,
“Maaa, konjam neram naan mulichiruken,”
and without any hesitation, she joined our Zoom meeting
to present the core feature of our Jingili app the Admin Dashboard.
She presented it not only in a highly professional way
but also in a way that strengthened my belief in
the love and respect I have for the people I truly admire.
Thank you, my dear Vethanisha Akka.

Aww… what a great initiative, Kavithayini Vethanisha!
I’d love to be part of your Book Hub.
Socky, Isha, and anot—can’t wait to read and try your recommendations, guys! 📚✨
Book Title
Penmai Enum Katpitham (பெண்மை எனும் கற்பிதம்)

Book Author
S. Thamilselvan
Take Away Message
A woman’s strength is not defined by society’s expectations, but by her self-worth, resilience, and lived experiences.
Short Explanation
Penmai Enum Katpitham is a powerful and thought-provoking book that questions society’s long-standing definitions of womanhood. Through honest words and sharp observations, the author breaks the myths imposed on women and redefines what it truly means to be strong, independent, and self-aware.
This book does not romanticize struggle—it explains it. It speaks about how society views women, how women are expected to behave, and how those expectations often silence their true identity. The author’s writing is direct yet deeply empathetic, making the reader pause, reflect, and question.
Genre
Social Commentary / Feminist Thought / Motivational Non-Fiction
Why I Recommend It
This book was gifted to me by one of my favourite person in FTC , and that itself makes it special. More than that, it became a source of strength in my life.
Whenever I feel low or start questioning my worth, I return to this book. It reminds me of who I am, what I have been through, and how far I have come to become the person I am today. It gives me confidence when society makes women feel small or insignificant.
I truly admire the way S. Thamilselvan conveys his thoughts—simple, honest, and impactful. His words connect deeply with the reader and leave a lasting impression. This book also made me eager to explore his other works, and it added one more dream to my bucket list: to meet him in person and have a real conversation with him someday.
This is not just a book—it is a reminder of self-worth.
