Required Technical Skills:
• Experience in installation and configuration on UCMDB/UD/UCMDB Browser
• Experience in Protocols - WMI, SSH, NTCMD, SNMP and others etc
• Basic Discovery and advanced level discovery includes host, host resources, web/app servers, DB discovery, cluster, vmware, mainframe, SAP etc.
• Application Modeling experience and Enrichment rule creation experience.
• Basic report generation exposure.
• Impact Analysis creation exposure.
• Integration exposure in HP Tools and other 3rd party tools.
• python scripting Knowledge is required.
• Troubleshooting skills on UCMDB Server and Probe issues.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• HP UCMDB Certification is preferred.
• Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
Required Non-technical skills
• In depth trouble shooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in working with other members at remote location (International)
• Time flexibility for meetings that may be conducted outside local business hours
• Available to travel (Both Domestic & International)
• Demonstrated technical documentation skills - technical documentation, solution design, release notes, user guides, test plans, test results summary document etc.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations management processes and automation technologies
