Flax seeds - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - 3 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 handful
Red chillies - 6-7(optional)
Sesame seeds - 2 tsp(opt)
1. Dry roast flax seeds until they turn reddish brown
2. Dry roast all other ingredients
3. Grind other ingredients once they cool down
4. Add flax seeds to it and grind coarsely
*Have with sesame oil for idly, dosa or rice
*Mix it with yoghurt and have with rotis
*Mix it with chappathi dough and make chappathis
