Selflove - 50 Days of -Happiness Mantras-

Hi Everyone.

I recently bought a set of 50 cards.
50 Cards of Happiness Mantras.



Cards with catchy mantras which inspires me/you to perceive ur life more intensely and consciously.
It will strengthen ur self-esteem.


Lets see what it will do.
Be a part of my journey of 50 days.

P.S. The cards are in german language. So i have to translate it. So be kind if theres any language mistake. ;D

DAY 1 - 50 Days of -Happiness Mantras-

Listen to the silence within you, to escape the noise.
The biggest noise is in ur head. All the thoughts, floating around ur mind.
Sit for 5 minutes, close ur eyes and listen to urself/ inside u.
Then it gets quite in ur head, let ur thoughts go,
also the noises from outside will fade away more and more.
Enjoy this retreat!

Do you let go of everything fallen yourself, you will lose yourself in the end.
You are your harshest critic and your tiredless driver of ur own life.
If you are not careful, you unconsciously follow many conditionings and notion of how you want to be and what you have to do.
But the person you really are, free from expectations, which wont be noted

When life hurts, give away a smile!
Especially in situations where u despair and dont know how to move on: just Smile!
Give ur smile to other people and consciously perceive the joy, that triggers from ur smile.
A Smile connects, strengthens ur life force and ensures distance from all ur worriying thoughts.
A smile spreads Happiness!

Self-Confidence has nothing do with ego. Self-confidence grows in the heart
Your ego whispers to you what you are and what you have to do to be loved.
But listen to your heart.
You can trust the voice of your heart, it is authentic and strenghtens you as you are.
Dont follow the ego that always tries to lure you out of fear of not being heard

In gratitude you will experience the beauty of life
Just pause for a moment and perceive with all your senses what is right now:
the laughter of the children,
the fresh greenery on the lawn,
the smile of the stranger at the signal.
Little moments of happiness.
If you consciously perceive them with gratititude
and accept them within you,
you will discover daily how beautiful life is

Compassion comes from love for yourself.
How can you feel sorry for someone else if you canĀ“t feel sorry for yourself?
Looking at yourself with a compassionate look requires that you love youself.
In the absence of self-love, self-compassion is difficult.
Correspondingly "strict" is then also the look at the others.

Disappointments are the result of expectations.
Living in the moment, free of expectations, free of judgement and
with loveful acceptance- that is what mindfulness is all about.
In the absolute presence you free yourself from all expectations
and thus cannot be dissapointed either.
Because you are only dissapointed when your mind has created a picture of its own

Listen carefully!

Being aware in the everyday life of your body is important, but it happens far too rarely.
Yawning, for example, is a natural physical signal to warn you that something is boring or that you are exhausted.
If you dont pay attention to such signals, you are negleting your own needs.
Therefore feel attentively into your body again and again
