Chad:

Chad comes at the second place in the list of top ten poorest countries. Political instability and huge corruption are the reasons for the ill condition of this country. The GDP of this African country in 2012 is just about U.S. $19.6 billion.

The country is sometimes called as the "Dead Heart of Africa” because of its distance from the sea and largely desert climate. N'Djamena is the capital of this country and estimated population of this country in 2009 is 10,329,208. Most residents in this country are survived as herders and farmers.
