1. Guanajuato, Mexico



Located in central Mexico, Guanajuato is a beautiful and quiet university city and capital of the state of Guanajuato. 4. Jodhpur, India



Blue story called Jodhpur begins with the founding of the city which today is the second largest in Rajasthan. Around 1460, Rao Jodha commander of the Rathore dynasty, ruler of Marwar after a series of successful wars, decided to build a new fort on a rocky plateau where is located the current Jodhpur city.
