Curd has numerous beauty benefits. Applying curd on face keeps you free from fine lines, prevents early aging, relieves sunburn, reduce discoloration and fight acne. skin cleansing:

After a long day at work, when you are too tired to do anything and skin needs some nourishment, use curd to clean your face. Apply it on your face, let it sit for 15 minutes and rinse it off with water. The lactic acid present in the curd helps smooth and exfoliate skin. Curd massage: Mix curd and turmeric paste. Massage your face with this concoction for minimum 15 minutes and wash off with warm water. It will nourish your skin deep inside.

Get rid of sunburn:

Apply curd on your sun burned face. It soothes your achy skin very quickly. The zinc in yogurt helps in soothing the tanned skin. For quick results, you can also add a few drops of soothing chamomile essential oil to curd. Rub the concoction over your skin and leave it for minimum 15 minutes and rinse it off with water.

Get pimple free skin:

If you are suffering with acne problem, apply sour curd on your face. Curd contains natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, and if you apply sour curd on your face you can easily get rid of these annoying pimples.

Fairer, glowing skin:

 Mix orange peel powder with curd and apply it on your face thrice a week for a fairer skin. You can also apply a mixture of curd and honey on your face. If applied continuously, your complexion will get fairer.

Say no to fine lines:

Curd is a great remedy to slowdown the appearance of fine ageing lines on your face. The lactic acid present in curd helps dissolve dead skin and tighten pores. You can also mix olive oil with yogurt and apply it thrice a week on your face. Leave it for at least 30 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Curd face masks:

These face masks can be used regularly or thrice a week. Regular use will rejuvenate your skin and add a golden complexion to it. To make this curd face mask, mix gram flour with curd. Apply it on your face and leave for 15 to 20 minutes before taking shower. You can smear a mixture of curd and honey on your face for 10 minutes and then rinse it off with warm water.
