2. Humayun's Tomb



Located along the western coast of the Yamuna River in New Delhi, the Humayun's Tomb keeps the remains of the second Mughal emperor. The tomb is a very remarkable construction with a typical Mughal and Islamic architecture, including a huge, white marble dome at the top. Numerous details and ornaments also create the finest shapes for the overall captivating design. Moreover, the tomb is surrounded by the picturesque Char Bagh garden. 3. Qutb complex



Qutb complex is located nearby Mehrauli, south Delhi, and is definitely a very attractive place to visit. The most remarkable structure of the complex is the Qutb Minar, which is the tallest minaret in India. Five cylindrical shafts with balconies rise to 72.5 meters above ground, to create a very impressive and a majestic sight to witness. Built in the end of the 12th century, this minaret has an impressive design, including marble and red sandstone bricks. 4. Lodi Gardens



Lodi Gardens is a huge park among the Delhi`s city center. The park is one of the most quintessential places to visit, when you need a relaxing escape from the noisy streets. 5. India Gate
 


The famous India Gate is another place in the center of New Delhi, where you can spend an hour or even a whole day in contemplation of one of the symbols of the city. This sandstone and granite monument is a tribute to the Indian soldiers, died in the World War I. Thus, the India Gate is a war memorial, built in 1931, and consists of four huge arches in pale colours. 6. Bahai Temple
 


The Bahai Temple is also known as the Lotus Temple, because of its specific shape and white colours like a lotus flower. 7. The Parliament House

8. Gurudwara Bangla Sahib



The Gurudwara Bangla Sahib is a Sikh house of worship and is one of the most remarkable attractions in Delhi. 10. Chandni Chowk



 The Chandni Chowk is the common name of the main street in Old Delhi, situated nearby the Jama Masjid and the Red Fort.
