Stamina is always associated with eggs and meat. Naturally, foods that increase stamina are supposed to be non-vegetarian. However, many vegetarian are just as energetic and fit as non-vegetarians. That means, vegetarian foods are also capable of increasing stamina. Thus we come to a conclusion that all foods that increase stamina are not non-vegetarian.

In fact some of the most potent foods that increase stamina are not meat, fish or eggs, they are vegetables. Vegetarian foods can keep you fit and also give you all the energy you require. Foods that increase stamina come from different nutrient groups. You have vegetables that give you antioxidants, fruits that give you vitamins, complex carbohydrates that give you power foods and also proteins to give you muscle strength.
