Indian-American U.S Surgeon General

Vivek Murthy took over as the U.S Surgeon- General, he has been named the youngest to be in charge of public health. He started off his education on Harvard, he got his medical degree and moved on doing MBA in Yale University, he was also said to be practising internal medicine in Birmingham’s Women Hospital.



His father is said to be a son to a rural farmer and he was not suppose to leave his village and continue farming. Thanks to all the sacrifice made by his parents is in this position.
