FTC FM Programs Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the RJs

In the beginning stage : You don't need to create a detailed content proposal. Just provide a brief overview:
mention the number of sections, participants, include an introduction, conclusion, and that's it.

Participants should only be included in the discussion and outreach once the proposal has been approved

Prior to any decisions involving the removal of audio clips, the editor should communicate with the RJ
to elucidate the reasons for the cut. In certain situations, explaining and gaining approval for last-minute edits
may pose challenges, but the program's host should strive to comprehend and support the editor's decisions.

Responsibilities of the Participants:

Once you've made a commitment, it's important to respond to the RJ
promptly and avoid making them wait for your replies.
Respond as quickly as possible.

Consistently adhere to the guidelines provided by the RJ and refrain from making
any arguments
during the program's execution.

Ensure your audio submissions are consistently sent in accordance with the established deadlines
and steer clear of any delays, unclear voice recordings, or disruptive background noise
that could diminish your performance quality
and impact the program adversely.

Responsibilities of the Editors:

Prior to any decisions involving the removal of audio clips, the editor should communicate with
the RJ to elucidate the reasons for the cut.
In certain situations, explaining and gaining approval
for last-minute edits may pose challenges, but the program's host should strive to comprehend
and support the editor's decisions.

Editors play a pivotal role in any program, possessing complete autonomy to trim or incorporate clips as they see fit.
If an editor decides to make cuts, the RJ or participants should refrain from engaging in arguments.
