Making Tofu at Home is So Easy!

Ingredients:
* 1 lb soybeans
* 7 lb water

Brine:
* 80g white vinegar
* 8g salt
* 80g water

Instructions:
1. Soak the soybeans overnight or for at least 6 hours.

2. Rinse the soaked soybeans thoroughly and blend them with water until smooth.

3. Use a gauze to filter out the soy milk into a bowl. Squeeze until no more milk comes out.

4. Pour the soy milk into a pot, skim off the foam, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for another five minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

5. After boiling, let it cool for five minutes while you prepare the brine.

6. Prepare the Brine: In a bowl, mix together 80g white vinegar, 8g salt, and 80g water.

7. Slowly add the brine into the milk in batches. If it does not form, add more brine. Cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, until clear water separates out. If not, add more brine.

8. Place a gauze in a container, pour in the tofu, filter out the water, and put a heavy object on top for 1 hour.

9. Enjoy Your Homemade Tofu!
