Mustard seeds
Grind some mustard seeds and mix them in a bucket half full with warm water.Dip your feet into the bucket for atleast 10 minutes.Mustard seeds helps in removing the toxic content from the body, reduce inflammation and promotes blood circulation.

Vinegar
Take 2 buckets, add vinegar in equal amount to both the bucket.Now add some cold water to one bucket and some warm water to another bucket.Take a towel ,soak it in warm water bucket first, squeeze it and wrap it around your foot where the pain occurs ,atleast for 5 minutes.Now repeat the process with cold water bucket.Repeat it 3-4 times.

Clove oil
Clove oil is the best remedy to cure athlete’s foot, headache, and joint pain.Take few drops of clove oil and massage it on the affected area.For quick relief massage for 2-3 times a day.Clove oil improves the blood circulation and relaxes feet muscles thus reducing the pain or strain.

Sugar is not the cause of diabetes, rather the level of sugar increases in the blood because of diabetes. Because of wrong food habits the working capacity of beta cells in the body stops which causes diabetes.

Troga- A new form of fitness yoga

Troga is a kind of yoga introduced recently. Troga is the combination of yoga and TRX. TRX is a resistance training which uses ropes and webbing. Troga is created by Lucas, who was a former rugby league player and has been teaching yoga from the past 5 years.



Troga is a form of yoga which is done by using a set of ropes and webbing attached to the ceiling.Body weight plays a very important role in Troga as it acts as a resistance while performing it.

Lucas started practicing yoga in the year 2010 when he had to run an ultra marathon of 100 kms. But the daily hard-work was not producing the proper results, what Lucas wanted.So someone suggested him to try yoga.

Lucas states that there was a time when he was not even able to touch his toes, but yoga and regular PT sessions from his trainer made him more mobile and free from injury.

Along with the regular sessions of Troga, Lucas has also planned to provide Bike-Asana(spin/yoga) classes to his students.

Mouth blisters are very painful and it becomes very difficult to eat food. Even the person is unable to drink water properly. Home remedies to prevent mouth blisters



1.Add little amount of liquorice powder with honey and apply its paste on mouth blisters at the same time allow the saliva to drip out.

2.It is suggested to chew the juicy flavor of the leaves of Malabar nuts which is a medicinal plant.

3.Apply the paste of liquorice powder, honey and catechu on blisters. It is very beneficial in curing mouth ulcers.

4.Mixing catechu with the soft leaves of guava and chewing it daily provides relief from blisters and cure them as soon as possible.

5.Add little honey on dry betel leaves and chew it. This will cure the problem of blisters within some days.

6.Take out the juice of betel leaves and mix them with pure ghee is very beneficial and eliminate the problem of mouth blisters.

7.Mix lemon juice with honey and gargle daily helps in preventing from blisters.

8.Consume more and more amount of water to keep your stomach clean so that blisters can be prevented.

9.Make fine powder of dried mushrooms and apply on mouth. You will experience the benefit after some days.

10.Drink buttermilk 3 to 4 times a day as this will reduce the blisters very fast.
