@Iniya sis naan kooda use pannuven mostly Oats la Flax seed and Chia seed add pannikuven.
@Madhu idhu nalla idea va irukke. Naanum sometimes cake bake pannum podhu egg ukku bathila use pannuven. Veg days la 😁
