Love and relationship The following points apply even if we are wearing gold (thaali saradu..) chain and connected with yellow thread … or if we are wearing only yellow thread as thaali saradu. You can change in any good day, but not Tuesday ,Friday & Saturday One can change it once in every 2, 3 months change during the good time. but u supposed to do it before 12 noon. Make sure it is not in the Raghukaalam & Yemagandam timings. the day should not be a kari naal or marana yogam day. The day should be a valarpirai day, not thei pirai day (any day between no moon day & full moon day) make sure not getting menstrual periods during that time. while changeing dont remove it just like that. first tie a turmeric piece in a seperate thaali thread & tie it to yourself before removing ur thaali. then remove original thali & make all the items in the same order with new thread & wear it. once u wear this, You can remove the thread with manjal(turmeric). put turmeric & kumkum to the thaali & the knots. if u sit for it once do not get up in between at all. You have to get up after you finish. Please wash it with a drop of shampoo (once in 3,4 days – can use shikakai powder) to remove the grease & dirt. Apply manjal atleast on alternate day if not every day.
