Getting back to pre-pregnancy weight!!!


Ojas Foundation a vedic research organisation, has extended its service from pregnancy program to post natal care.

Post natal period begins right from the time an individual has delivered and continues for 6 long weeks. During this period the mother has to take care of herself by keeping fit and the baby.

This period is also vital because the mother is bonding with her baby physically.

At Ojas how we help?

We extend our hand at two levels:

The first level is focused on mothers who don’t have proper guidance. We help them on the following grounds:

• Giving physical and emotional support
• Relieving the mother’s from pain and weakness
• Giving lactation techniques
• Bonding with the baby
• Helping them in their diet
• Scheduling the exercises which includes yoga and pranayama
• Nurturing the EI of the baby


The second level is focused on mothers who want to get back to their pre-pregnancy weight. We help them on the following grounds:

• Getting back to shape
• Nurturing the EI of the baby related to the stage
• Parenting the baby
• Supporting mother transition
• Family togetherness
