All of them being the correct answer including the waiter

The answer  is “the Lady”.

Reason for my answer :

1.The murder has happend in the ladies wash room.
So imagine who can go inside the ladies washroom?  :P :P
Ladies right. ;D ;D

2.The women food plate seems to be empty,
so she has still not started the food – she got enough time. :o :o

3.The lady seems to be afraid in the Image. :P :P

semma answer u proved once again that u r cleaver  :D :D

1) the murder has happened in the ladies washroom.  but the same time the culprit knows there r no other girl in that restaurant . so he can easily enter ... and if she is the culprit then anyone easily catch her.

2)  The women food plate seems to be empty,  = it means that she just entered into the restaurant  :D :D
3) the lady seems to be afraind : bcos u staring at her  :D :D :D :D
