potential is a strong word here... rephrase it as all men have potential to rape.......its a really bitter truth   all men should be ashamed of    .. i dont want to counter argue the statement..its happening every day... it is still happening out there once in every 30mins in our country. it need to be stopped ..large ratio of men still need to be educated. as gandhi quoted 'The day a woman can walk freely on the roads at night, that day we can say that India has achieved independence'... 70 years on still waiting for independence day
